Road station

Unnamed / illegible, no. V

Pudput, the Roman town of Pupput near today's Hammamet in Tunisia, lies just three Roman miles, about four and a half kilometres, beyond this unnamed stop. On the other side, towards Siagu, the map gives no figure. The geographer Ptolemy knows Siagu as Siagoul, but that is too little to name the stop, and the kink in the road line that marks it may simply have been added to suit the drawing.
