Road station

unnamed / illegible, no. A

Just before Rusuccuru, the colony at Dellys on the Algerian coast, the road passes this unnamed stop, which follows another one without a name; neither stretch carries a figure. The Roman register of routes and the Ravenna list go straight from Cissi to Rusuccuru, but the geographer Ptolemy names a place called Addyme between the two, which might have stood here. The small hook in the road line may also simply mark a river crossing.
